How do I place an order ?

Browse our latest collections, select your favorite items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.”
When you’re ready, proceed to checkout and follow the secure payment steps to complete your order.

Yes, you need an account to make purchase.
However, creating an account allows you to:

  • Track your order history
  • Manage your returns easily
  • Save your preferences for future purchases

We accept a wide range of secure payment options including:
Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and popular digital wallets

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link.
You can also log in to your ZAMAA account to view real-time updates on your shipment.

We want you to love what you wear. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 3 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

Standard delivery takes 4–7 business days, depending on your location.
Please note that during sale events or holidays, shipping times may be slightly extended.

At present, we ship only within India.
International delivery options are being planned and will be introduced soon.

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not yet been shipped.
Once an order is dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
