Refund policy

1. Returns

  • We accept returns within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Personalized, custom-made, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns unless they are defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • We will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.

  • Return requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

3. Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method for the return, as we cannot be responsible for lost packages.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is damaged or incorrectly shipped.

5. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer exchanges.

  • Customers who wish to exchange an item should request a return and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at Zamaa2916@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.

  • We will either replace the product or issue a refund based on availability.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting Zamaa2916@gmail.com.

  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
